Besides the obvious potential issues caused by time zones, I also have to take into account weather, internet accessibility, and even political stability.

I am slowly learning, as all new business-owners all over the world do when they are just starting out, that there is a never-ending need to learn. Learn more about yourself, the industry you are in, the trends that are coming and the fads that are disappearing...
